Hi, I’m Grace—founder of Vocalogy, voice coach, accompanist, wellness strategist, and trained lawyer.
I’ve spent the last two decades helping performers, professionals, and prodigies reclaim their vocal power—not just through technique, but through nervous system care, emotional clarity, and practical tools that actually work.

I didn’t set out to create a holistic voice method.
I just kept asking questions that traditional voice training couldn’t answer.
I wasn’t trying to reinvent the wheel—I was trying to understand why it kept falling off. So I followed the questions. Through neuroscience, trauma-informed care, movement therapy, and emotional regulation.
What emerged wasn’t just a method.
It was a way back to the voice as a whole—rooted in safety, clarity, and self-trust.
The Questions That Changed Everything
Why can’t we sing and speak the same way? I saw singers who spoke with the worst possible speaking habits, but sounded like an angel when they sang. Vice versa, there were folks with beautiful, rich speaking voices that dried up, became small, insignificant and off-pitch when they sang. The disconnect wasn’t technical- it was emotional, neurological, and energetic.
Why is deep breathing the crossroads of therapy, the metaphysical, and good singing? Because breath is the bridge. It’s where the body meets the mind, where sound meets safety. And yet, most voice training treats it like a mechanical tool, not a healing one.
Why does our voice ‘disconnect’ at the places we need it most—high notes, loud notes, money notes? Because those moments trigger vulnerability. The nervous system flinches. The body holds back. And traditional technique doesn’t teach us how to stay regulated when the stakes are high.
