Grace Ng Ee Wern is the visionary Founder and Chief Innovation Officer of Vocalogy, where she combines her diverse expertise to revolutionize voice education. A trained lawyer from the National University of Singapore, Grace has always pursued her lifelong passion for the arts alongside groundbreaking innovations in vocal training. She is the developer of Jin Shin Voice® and NeuroVoice®, cutting-edge methodologies that blend science, wellness, and artistry to deliver transformative results.
Grace’s unique background spans complementary wellness and metaphysical studies, including a Specialist Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy from the London College of Clinical Hypnotherapy Asia, certification as a Jin Shin Jyutsu™ Physio-Philosophy practitioner, and certification as a FengShui Consultant. With functional neurology training, she studied neuroanatomy and brain-based learning from BodyHack Dubai and is an Allied Professional in Neurologic Music Therapy® from the Academy of Neurologic Music Therapy. Her multidisciplinary approach empowers Vocalogy to provide innovative voice solutions tailored for fast, lasting impact. Shravana studied with Grace at Vocalogy from the age of 8 to 18, developing her voice and musicality through many years of training. Her long journey as a Vocalogy student gave her a strong foundation in vocal technique, musicianship and performance.
She subsequently went on to study Vocal Performance at Berklee College of Music, graduating in 2025 with a double major in Vocal Performance and Songwriting, with an emphasis in writing for Film and TV, and a minor in Musical Theater Performance.
Her musical interests span Contemporary Voice, Musical Theater, Pop, Folk, Indian Music and Jazz. She brings these influences together in her own work, while continuing to develop her skills as a performer, songwriter and creative artist.
Now based in Los Angeles, Shravana works as a professional voice actor, voice teacher, songwriter for independent films and musical theater performances. She is also developing her own creative projects as an artist and as the producer of an independent animated show.
FROM VOCALOGY STUDENT TO PROFESSIONAL
After spending ten formative years learning with Grace, Shravana has now returned to Vocalogy as an instructor, bringing her professional training and performance experience back to the community where her own musical journey began.

Dante Chua

Dante Chua Jiah Da is a dedicated music educator with over a decade of full-time teaching experience. Holding a Licentiate of the London College of Music (LLCM with Merit), an Associate Diploma (ALCM with Distinction), and ABRSM Grade 8 Classical Piano, Dante specializes in Piano, Keyboard, Sing & Play, and Vocal instruction.
Over his teaching career at institutions including Midiworld Music & Art School, Key Signature Music School, and the Canadian International School and various MOE schools, he has guided learners from preschoolers to adults in building solid technical foundations, artistic expression, and stage confidence.
Dante designs interactive, student-centered lessons tailored to nurture creativity, prepare students for formal recitals, and foster a lifelong passion for music.

Today, Dante brings that experience full circle as part of the Vocalogy team, sharing his knowledge and experience with students as a Mandopop & Sing-and-Play Specialist.
His own journey from student to working music professional gives him a valuable perspective on the process of learning, developing confidence, and finding your own musical voice.

Paul Foo

Paul Foo brings almost four decades of experience in Singapore’s Legal Service to Vocalogy’s communication skills programmes.
His career has included appointments as Judicial Commissioner and Registrar of the Supreme Court of Singapore, as well as becoming the first Dean of the Singapore Judicial College, where he helped shape the development of judicial education.
He was appointed Senior Counsel in 2019 and is an Adjunct Professor at the National University of Singapore, where he teaches Reform of Civil Procedure.
At Vocalogy, Paul brings this experience into the practical study of communication: how we express ideas clearly, navigate professional conversations and communicate effectively in environments where judgement, precision and interpersonal awareness matter.
His work is particularly relevant to professionals working in demanding environments, including members of the legal profession.
Specialist Collaborators
Francesca has over a decade of professional stage experience, having performed at major arts venues across Singapore, Hong Kong, and Germany. Her diverse repertoire includes productions with the Singapore Lyric Opera, Metropolitan Festival Orchestra, and Orchestra of the Music Makers, jazz gigs, and charity concerts such as L’apéritif à la française and Pink Beats for the Singapore Breast Cancer Foundation.
Collaborating with internationally acclaimed singers like mezzo-soprano Gabrielle Maes and soprano Sharon Mendelssohn, Francesca has also been Music Director for innovative productions, including the Belle Époque Shanghaied* cabaretta series at the Esplanade. She works closely with choirs such as Symphonia Choralis, Vox Camerata, and the Singapore Symphony Children’s Choir, and has served as Resident Repetiteur with the International Festival Chorus since 2004. Passionate about nurturing talent, Francesca conducts vocal workshops and leads choirs, blending creativity with technical mastery to inspire performers of all levels.
