Your Audition Is Coming. Your Body Has Other Plans.
You’ve prepared the song. Learned the material. Worked on your technique.
And then, at exactly the wrong time, your throat feels strange. You’re exhausted. Your stress is through the roof.
Audition season can mean more than singing.
Long days. Extra rehearsals. Poor sleep. Travelling. Waiting. Worrying. Being around more people. One audition followed by another.
And when something starts to feel “off,” the last thing you need is to start guessing what to do.
Stop Guessing. Know What to Use.
Audition Season Rescue gives you a simple Jin Shin Jyutsu® self-help system for navigating different moments during high-pressure audition periods.
You’ll learn to recognise what’s happening and choose a practice according to what you’re experiencing:
Throat feels off? Explore what to use.
Stress piling up? There’s a practice for that.
Running on empty? Try a different approach.
You’re next to audition? Know what you can do before you walk in.
At the centre of the course is your Audition Response Map—a practical “when to use what” guide designed to take the guesswork out of choosing your Jin Shin practice.
Why 20 Minutes?
You’ll also explore the 20-Minute Principle used in Jin Shin Jyutsu self-help.
Rather than throwing one technique after another at yourself when you’re already under pressure, you’ll learn how to work with a selected finger or Safety Energy Lock as a fuller 20-minute practice.
No equipment. No complicated setup.
Just something practical you can reach for when audition season gets intense.
What You’ll Learn
By the end of the course, you’ll know how to:
- recognise several common high-pressure audition situations
- use the Audition Response Map to decide what to explore
- apply Jin Shin Jyutsu® finger holds and Safety Energy Locks
- use the 20-Minute Principle as part of your self-help practice
- choose different practices when you feel off, stressed or run down
- use a simple practice before entering an audition
- bring everything together into your own Audition Season Rescue system
Who Is This For?
This course is for singers preparing for auditions, performances or other demanding periods of singing—particularly when stress, fatigue or feeling “off” starts making an already pressured period feel even harder.
You don’t need previous Jin Shin Jyutsu experience.
You simply need to learn the practices, use the map and notice what you experience.
Because the Worst Time to Invent a Rescue Plan Is When You Already Need One.
Prepare your system before audition pressure reaches its peak.
So when something feels off, you won’t have to wonder:
“What am I supposed to do now?”
You’ll have something you can actually use.
